Our goal: to educate, inspire, and expand the resources of professionals and leaders like you who are passionate about the career development of individuals throughout their life span. We provide opportunities for you to learn, network, gain resources, and grow as a professional. That will not only enhance your own career development and professionalism, but will also positively impact many others whom you serve.

Our members: career development practitioners in many different settings including higher education, private practice, K-12, workforce centers, and business and industry. We continually seek to establish partnerships with organizations, institutions, and associations to promote life-long career development.

Our blog: provides updates on current events, stories of interest, and professional development activities sponsored and supported by the WCDA. WCDA is on multiple social media sites: Facebook, LinkedIn, and coming soon Twitter. Please contact social media chair, Julie M. Hau, for story ideas or questions at jmhau@wisc.edu.
